When will these homes be available?

  • All homes are available for purchase beginning in Q2 2015.
  • Construction will begin by phase as outlined below:
    • Phase 1 of the Hidden Hills development will be available –
      • (3 homes) / beginning Q2 2015
    • Phase 2 of the Hidden Hills development will be available –
      • (8 homes) / beginning Q4 2015
    • Phase 3 of the Hidden Hills development will be available –
      • (5 homes) / beginning Q2 2016

How many homes are a part of Hidden Hills Estates?

There are only 16 estate homes in the Hidden Hills Estates with 4 distinctive floor plan designs.


What are the sizes of the lots?

Each lot is designed at a minimum of 1 acre and select lots over 2+ acres. All are designed with a minimum 0.5 acre building pad.


Is the community gated?

The community is not gated. We have limited the access to reduce the traffic throughout the community by designing all streets as a cul-de-sac road.


Can I participate in selecting the finishes for my home?

Yes. Select interior finishes will be available for you to choose from when working with our design team. If you would prefer not to be involved our design team will handle this for you.


What other options are available in order to customize my home?

There are many upgrade opportunities available to you as a buyer. We will work with you on additions such as pools, smart home automation, BBQ islands, or upgraded appliance packages. Each can be discussed with our design team during your selection process.


What other options are available in order to customize my home?

Because each of these homes is specifically customized to fit your family, we are not going to feature model homes.

Is there an HOA / HOA fee with our home purchase?

Yes. There is an HOA fee associated with Hidden Hills Estates; final pricing will be discussed when scheduling a private viewing. The community HOA will be responsible for maintaining all common outlined areas within the development.


Will a Mello Roos be added to the overall tax rate for the community?

No. There are no Mello Roos.


Are there walking trails within the development?

Residents can enjoy over 10 acres of open space with walking trails throughout the community.
